I have a subscription, but KaraFun Player doesn't play full songs.



If you have an active subscription and KaraFun Player doesn't play full songs, chances you are not connected to your account are very high.

You should make sure you are properly connected to your account (see the dedicated help question here) and restart KaraFun Player.

If the problem persists, feel free get in touch with us with a screenshot of KaraFun Player running.
